I’ve given Ferman Chevy multiple chances, and the biggest issue is still communication. On this visit, I scheduled ahead, dropped my truck off Monday, and was told diagnosis would take 1–2 days. Then Monday afternoon I got a call saying the truck was already repaired and ready. The work was fine, but the poor communication cost me time and money. More
