To purchase a new vehicle. Horrible customer service. Poor inventory. Wait time extremely high waisted time. On the website lists more inventory when arrived none of cars availa Horrible customer service. Poor inventory. Wait time extremely high waisted time. On the website lists more inventory when arrived none of cars available. Two sales men concentrated on only one customer . Not willing to be bothered with walk ins. Only one kind of vehicle Crosstrek available to test drive. I don't recommend this dealer to no one. Thank God there's more Subaru dealers! Yes! Hudson Dealer! You Rock! More

Ignored completely I came into this dealership today looking to buy a Subaru Impreza. I figured it was a good place to start given it's high customer reviews. However, I I came into this dealership today looking to buy a Subaru Impreza. I figured it was a good place to start given it's high customer reviews. However, I was ignored completely for over an hour by the sales staff. When I asked to be helped (for the second time) I was told that they were busy and would help me when they had a chance, despite there being a group of salespeople in the corner of the dealership ignore myself and the other customers. I guess you can't get bad customer reviews if you don't have any customers at all. Plus the price was marked up over $3000 from what I was quoted in an email. More

outstanding service mike provoilon excellent job good selection of vehicles, convenient to get to and good ingress and egress. salesman was superb, mike provilon, very knowledgeable, explained things good selection of vehicles, convenient to get to and good ingress and egress. salesman was superb, mike provilon, very knowledgeable, explained things well fair negotiations, sales manager and owner were involved and very helpful to make the transaction fair for everybody. we would go back again. scott brought us in then mike took over. it was a good day. one thing though, the bottled water should be colder. lol More
