Being a first time car buyer, I expected the experience to be long and dreadful because of all the stories I’ve heard of from other people and their experiences, but everything went flawless. I couldn’t have asked for a better sales consultant than Ariel Cruz. It didn’t feel like he was just trying to sell me a car and get me out the door. It felt like he cared and wanted me to walk out that dealership happy and content, and that’s exactly what he did. Let me not forget to mention that it only took about an hour from the start of paperwork, to the keys in my hand. I never expected the car buying experience to go so smooth, but thanks to Ariel and the sales manager, which I unfortunately can’t remember his first name but his last name was Glass, so I’ll refer to him as Mr. Glass, we’re exceptional. Giving me advice even though I had my own credit union to purchase the car, they didn’t try to force on me to go with one of their banks, which I ended up doing because they were able to match my banks apr. There’s a reason why this dealership has a 4.0 yelp rating which is why I wanted to deal with this dealership. If I could give 100 star rating I would. I’d recommend anyone to this dealership. More
