I had a very pleasant experience with this dealership. I have now bought 3 Prius from Tufankjian. When I was ready to upgrade they had just what I wanted on hand. We got down to business and they worked to close this deal quickly. They were eager to come to terms and while they had to cover all the options, they were not pressuring on getting extra things. That Sam was my sales person and he was very knowledgeable and very helpful. He Mary patient and patient because I know nothing about technology and he led me through it. I believe I'm not even sure he was working yesterday, but he came in to make sure that the bank had transferred the money to my account and I don't even know if he's working today maybe he is but I came at 8:30 and he was here promptly so I guess I can't say enough about Sam.
