Arthur Pace is a friendly, knowledgeable sales person. When I first sat at his desk and he pulled up the listing for the car I made the appointment to see two days prior, I saw that the price had gone up When I first sat at his desk and he pulled up the listing for the car I made the appointment to see two days prior, I saw that the price had gone up by at least $1k. I had a screen shot of the original listing on my phone, showed it to him and he honored the price that I had been quoted without hesitation. We went from there. He answered all my questions and let me take my time to make fact based decisions without being pushy. The entire transaction went very smoothly and I have the exact car I wanted at a good price.
