The dealership was very good at explaining the process. Back in May, I put money down for a car that they said would come in July and it was a nice surprise to get it early. The only thing that did it work well was the letter I received from Toyota financing saying that I was denied for a loan. It was very upsetting and for some time I had no interest in a Toyota. I only came back because Arthur made it easy. More
