After 1 day driving the vehicle that I purchased.  I dropped off the car at sloane Toyota service  Because I experienced a loud obvious noise/vibration at over 45mph and clunking in the steering wheel. dropped off the car at sloane Toyota service  Because I experienced a loud obvious noise/vibration at over 45mph and clunking in the steering wheel. I explained my concerns to the service department. After 3 weeks and 2 visits  they claimed that there is no road noise. I drove the vehicle again and issue is still there all the time very noticeble. I believe that the vehicle was not road tested properly or the mechanic did not diagnose the vehicle correctly. I just want a safe vehicle for my family but that is not what I have right now. I'm very unhappy with this experience. More
