My experience with Ashrubal Pichardo (sales person) for Star Auto Mall was the most pleasant experience purchasing a car. I made an inquiry on a Friday night and before the Star Auto Mall opened Ashrubal reached out with information. His follow up throughout has been excellent. We found an SUV we liked and Ashrubal walked us through the whole process without any stress or the usual dealership run around we experienced just about everywhere else. Ashrubal listens to the customer. Does everything he can to help them and most important. does not overpromise and then underperform. That's why we left Star Auto Mall the same day with my new Subaru Ascend. I would recommend a person looking for a great new/used car go to Star Auto Mall and ask for Ashrubal. I don't think you would be disappointed. These folks want to sell you a car. But they do so in a low stress and friendly manner. More
