Good experience! We live in Iowa and happened upon Vernon Auto Group while browsing the internet. We found a vehicle we liked and thought the price looked very good, We live in Iowa and happened upon Vernon Auto Group while browsing the internet. We found a vehicle we liked and thought the price looked very good, so filled out the form to see what we could get for our trade. It turned out that truck sold, but we found another we liked, and were happy with the deal they put together, so decided to road trip to Texas! All was well until we had a major tire blowout just before we got there. We called Rodney and let him know what was going on, and he just wanted to make sure we were okay. For some reason google maps sent us to an empty lot on the other side of town but eventually we made it, and Rodney was at the door waiting for us. The truck we were buying was as advertised, and the adjustment on our trade was fair, considering the blowout bent a shock and they could not do an accurate test drive of our truck. We were a bit out of sorts between the blowout and getting lost, but everyone at Vernon was very nice, and the paperwork was easily handled. We forgot about the 500.00 deposit we had made, but this was refunded with no issues. We also received a couple of follow-up phone calls to make sure we were happy with our purchase. Is it a bit crazy to drive to Texas for a vehicle? Yes, maybe, but we did and were happy with the experience. And we know our 2014 GMC has not had two full winters of road treatment eating away at it. :) More

I supplied numerous photos of my trade and the the exchange went well. One great aspect of this sale, Vernon AG did not have the vehicle I was seeking. However, they worked to find one and trade inventory with another dealership. the pricing and deal was very upfront and honest. the delivery, financing and so on went smooth considering they were very busy on the say I picked up my truck. I am very happy with all of Vernon Auto Group and plan to return the next time I need a vehicle. More
