Very good prices, friendly and helpful salesman After a friend purchased a new vehicle a year ago and finding Vernon online I chose to purchase a vehicle from them. I was dealing with Robert Hammond After a friend purchased a new vehicle a year ago and finding Vernon online I chose to purchase a vehicle from them. I was dealing with Robert Hammond and he was very friendly and very knowledgeable of the trucks I was looking at. I ended up purchasing a 2015 F350 platinum. I was very leary of purchasing a truck I never saw in person (as I live 1400 miles away), but Robert sent me pictures of everything that was wrong with it and ensured me of the quality. (I looked at a few vehicles over about a 3 month period before deciding) Upon arriving at the dealership Robert met me in the parking lot with the keys and we went for a test drive and I was in and out of the dealership in less than an hour. A few minor issues with the truck and I had some concerns after driving it home, but both Robert and Ashley Hernandez with customer relations worked with me and everything was handled the same day. More
