Verry Poor Dealer I bought a used vehicle and got ripped off. They lied about the Down payment and the refund, The vehicle had a new A/C system which was supposed to ha I bought a used vehicle and got ripped off. They agreed to pay to have it diagnosed and it took 25 days to get my money back. They kept telling me the check was in the mail. I got the check 3 days after the check was finely written. I WILL NEVER HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THESE PEOPLE EVER AGAIN..... More

The greatest truck purchase! Simply said this was the most incredible buying experience for me so far. I learned of Vernon Auto group online and found the truck I wanted. I was surprised at the prices listed for a new RAM 3500. I called the dealership and spoke to Chase Maldonado who confirmed the bottom line price with no hidden or surprise fees. Chase along with Jr cavillo made this deal happen and I am happy to report that they are Honest, truthful and dedicated to making the customer happy. I live on Long Island, NY and travelled over 1600 miles to Vernon Texas where I picked up the truck. The truck was prepped, it had a full tank of diesel and was ready for the ride home. The drive home was great and made the purchase an experience. (Smokey Mountains, Shenandoah valley). The savings and experience of the trip are well worth the cost of the travel.
