Ms. Fong, comprehensively and competently finished my paperwork and was agreeable with a special request made as well as Chris regarding supporting my effort as an Asian American Writer to pickup a copy of my ebook Autobiography. All and all a very personable experience. Left feeling nicely serviced by Longo staff, irrespective of final price a tad on the high side, but considering the service, lack of ‘Instant’ availability of ‘Great Gas Mileage Toyota Hybrids (They required a deposit, then would be delivered in appr 3 mos, hopefully) As I was in an urgent situation, the whole experience eas acceptable and I went home that evening a satisfied customer with a Toyota Camry Hybrid SE. More
