First Class My experience was nothing more than "First Class." Donny met me at the front door and had the car I was looking at right out front. He was informativ My experience was nothing more than "First Class." Donny met me at the front door and had the car I was looking at right out front. He was informative going through all of the features on the car and we took it out for a test drive. The whole process was painless and comfortable. The finance manager was very polite and informative as well. After my purchase, Donny wanted to make sure I understood all of the features of my car and went through them once again. Wasn’t planning to, but bought a car! Walked in to Northside to buy a new key for my car and ended up buying a new car instead! Go figure!!! We had a fantastic experience with each person we dealt with; especially Ashley - she was amazing -extremely knowledgeable, patient, and kind and she went the extra mile to help make this purchase happen. I wasn’t planning on buying a car, but I’m thrilled I did; thanks To Ashley!! Shout out to Ashley’s manager, Christian, who was great to work with as well and to Steve Gardner, finance manager, who did an excellent job explaining all our options.
