I feel like I was almost a victim of bait and switch. I came in with a price from a website. I drove 3 hours to get the car. When I arrived, I was met by Donnie with a paper that had a higher price on it. I literally had to screen shot the price online and text it to him to show that I was telling the truth. He came back to me 2-3 times saying that they needed more money and I stuck to my guns. He had told me that they would not lose a sale over $500. After the 3rd time he came back and said you got a deal with the price that seemed fair to me. After all of this I asked to get the tire pressure monitor sensor checked and to air up the tire so that we could drive the vehicle home safely. Donny’s excuse was that you had limited mechanics in the shop at the moment so they wouldn’t be able to check that. This is knowing that I bought the car for my son. I feel like he did not care about the customer or the customer’s safety. I paid $15,000 for the car with no warranty. What’s a tpms sensor cost $80? Are your customers and their safety worth $80? Or are you just about the sale and the profit? I put a review on Yelp as well. I got a response from a young lady and after seeing my post she urged me to call someone at the dealership. She should have shown him the review and urged him to call me. The finance guy was great. No issues. But come on. Customer service should be the utmost important thing for any company in business. I was shocked at this treatment. More
