Amazing experience. Came to look at 1 car, walked out with 3. Never felt rushed, no pressure, completely professional, courteous and very friendly..We took a lot of time, changed our minds on color and with 3. My daughter went for a CRV, hubby a truck and myself an Odyssey. Would recommend your dealership because you have an absolutely amazing staff, service, could go on and on. We will definitely be back for our other kids. More

Came in to buy a new car. Worst customer service experience. Came into dealership to purchase a new car for my wife. We were interested in trading in our old Kia as well. At the point of negotiation when I asked to be able to return tomorrow to purchase the vehicle I had test driven was told it’s company policy to get a commitment before the customer leaves. Sales manager was fine with selling the car for the agreed price of $18,000. However when I was adamant about taking the night to discuss the car purchase with my wife I was handed my keys by the salesman with word from the manager that my business was no longer desired. I felt treated like absolute garbage. I was interested in a top of the line car and needed time to up sell my wife on my idea. But was treated so poorly that I certainly will never return to this dealership and I hope anyone who reads this also takes their business elsewhere. Absolute garbage experience. More

Poor Service and staff does not seem to care I purchased my Honda CRV one year ago in Ohio. I moved to South Carolina. This is the first time using this dealership. The shifter broke on my Ho I purchased my Honda CRV one year ago in Ohio. I moved to South Carolina. This is the first time using this dealership. The shifter broke on my Honda. I brought the car in. The part is not a stock part and has to be ordered. I returned one week later. They took my car and 45 MINUTES later the service manager comes and tells me the wrong part was ordered and I would have to come back again. I was told not to make an appointment. Just bring the car in and due to my inconvenience they would take me right away without an appointment. I waited another week. I called and the new part was in. I had to go out of town so I asked a friend to bring in my car. When he arrived, they asked him if he had an appointment. He explained the situation to them. They said he could wait but it would be atleast 45 minutes but probably longer since there was a person ahead of him who had been waiting two hours. They said the best thing to do would be to return with an appointment because they still might not be able to repair the car even though it was supposed to be a simple fix. My friend contacted me. I reached out to the service department. The service representative said that was the way it would be so I asked to speak with her manager who knew of my situation. It went straight to voice mail. I called back and spoke with Danny in sales and asked for the general manager. He said he would connect me with Mr. Lawson. I explained I did want to be put into voice mail. He said he could see Mr. Lawson in his office and it would not go to voicemail. He connected me and it went straight to voice mail. I left a message and as of one hour later I still had not received a call back. Of course no one seems to care. My friend could not wait any longer. He had to make an appointment. This will be our fourth trip back to this dealership to get something fixed that should take only a few minutes. My advice if you deal with anyone in this place is get their names so this does not happen to you. More

Great car buying experience....Great Staff! We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Last month our 2006 Honda Accord was totaled during a storm and a tree came down on it. We could not have asked for a better car buying experience. Last month our 2006 Honda Accord was totaled during a storm and a tree came down on it. We had 30 days on a rental so we had to make some fast moves. We were so dreading this experience because of reputations of dealerships (it’s been 12 years for us so we didn’t know what to expect). However, we had to move forward. Because of our long term relationship with the service department at Honda of Columbia, located in Lexington, SC, we felt comfortable giving their sales team a shot. What we experienced was exceptional from the time we stepped onto their car lot until the night we drove away in our brand new 2018 Honda Accord. Our salesperson, Adam Bliss, was with us every step of the way. He listened to us. He made himself available as if we were his most important customer. He didn’t rush our decision. He was very patient! That says a lot coming from a person that can be very difficult. I know we test drove several cars 3-4 times over several days before we made a decision. But with Adam’s help and experience, we were able to make decisions with minimal hesitation. Honda of Columbia made our process quick and painless. We give thanks to an exceptional sales staff…..Adam Bliss, Asten Lawson, Sales Manager and Seth Nortey, Business Manager. Our service guy Preston even answered questions for us! What a great team to work with. We would do it all over again! I wish we could rate them higher! More
