I chose the vehicle online and agreed to the selling price online with the internet sales manager. I met with Aubrey to leave my intent to buy deposit and again to fill out the final paperwork once the price online with the internet sales manager. I met with Aubrey to leave my intent to buy deposit and again to fill out the final paperwork once the arrived. Aubrey was professional and courteous on both occasions. Regather dealership, I have no complaints. However, having to drive in twice was an inconvenience. When I purchased a vehicle from a Sewell dealership last year that was also yet to be delivered, I did not have to go in and leave a deposit before it arrived. I suggest that Toyota of Rockwall consider this approach. Or if a deposit is absolutely necessary then put in place a mechanism to provide it online. I appreciate the courtesy of the Toyota of Rockwall dealership to keep the vehicle on their lot post-sale allowing me to pick it up in a few weeks when my family member (who will be driving the vehicle) arrives in town.
