Great Experience!!!! Augustine had our Honda Odyssey in service trying to get our issue fixed on our 2014 Honda Odyssey.. I have spent the last 6 weeks (Not at Brandon Hon Augustine had our Honda Odyssey in service trying to get our issue fixed on our 2014 Honda Odyssey.. I have spent the last 6 weeks (Not at Brandon Honda) trying to get various issues fixed with our Van and the last straw was a flashing Check Engine light which was a catastrophic engine failure., In the end it was better to trade it in than try and dump thousands of dollars into a Van with 120K Hard miles on it. Augustine was GREAT to work with and I would recommend him to my friends and family. He referred me to Sales and Chris Irvin texted me that night and said he would call me in the morning. When Chris Irvin called me the first thing I did NOT want to hear was, "When can you come down to the dealership?" No, Chris introduced himself and went right to work sending me "out the door" prices for a Honda Accord. He made the process so easy and didn't play the "I need to talk to my manager" games. It was a pleasure dealing with him and Brandon Honda and I would recommend Chris Irvin to any of my friends and family. More
