ASAP driving in was directed and greater wrote up my concerns regarding my vehicle being service Sean came over took charge asking if I had time to wait very politely waited for 30 Minutes to be delivered the car directly from Lucas Technician saying that code was only for the low grade fuel been using soo recommended that start using Middle Grade only that was all and Sean said there’s no charge also said they added fuel injectors cleaner for free too! Amazing customer service thank you too all service and sales managers very friendly customer support team also there’s wi-fi , Coffee ,tea ,ho chocolate,cold fresh water , cable tv couches soo comfortable and clean enough to eat without having too much trouble must come get you new car or service and parts department has everything in stock too! 5stars More

I purchased the ID 4 from the dealer after waiting 14 months with a scratch in the door and a bad headlight, the car stayed at the service for a long time to paint and waited for over a month without hea months with a scratch in the door and a bad headlight, the car stayed at the service for a long time to paint and waited for over a month without headlight until they got one to replace, happy I did not get into accident or tickets, sales people did not know how to work the car system and did not have enough experience. Finance is rude and does not smile. She treated us with no respect. The car had issues with the axles. It was sent four times for repair and has never been repaired. Finally, the service said I needed to change the tires for almost $1500, and the car remains unrepaired. Finally, I hired an attorney to file a lemon law. The factory paid off the car, and they paid me back for all my troubles. General manager when asked to reach me he first profiled me in social media before calling me, very bad More
