Best car buying experien ince ever. ( 50 years practice ) Never have I been so impressed with buying a car and not being pressured at all. Aura was extremely cheerful and a bucket of knowledge about what was available. She walked us through the entire facility ( Wow, clean ) and explained what having the Subaru experience was all about. We bought the car and were done. Yes done, no leeches coming out of the back room trying to sell us extended warranties, interior cleaner protection, etc. Aura, went through all the features of the car, set up our cell phones, and has called us back to check up on if we need any other assistance. BEST salesperson I ever worked with. She made sure we were happy, not just trying to make a sale. Brandon was our finance guru. Explained everything thoroughly and was an extreme pleasure to work with. Highly recommended place to stop by and check out when looking for new or used purchased. More

I mainly dealt with Nealy Anderson, and she was very prompt, informative, honest, and encouraging but ne My experience at Grand Subaru was excellent! I mainly dealt with Nealy Anderson, and she was very prompt, informative, honest, and encouraging but never pushing! She was also very personable and conversational! One morning, she even emailed me while I was still sleeping. I didn't expect that, but that's going above and beyond for customers! Brandon discussed the financing details, and he was very straightforward and upfront! When I first went to the dealership, Trace was the first one who greeted, and he called in Nealy to meet with me after checking that she was my sales consultant (initially by email). Sandy, who manages the online sales group, was always checking in with me but never pushing either, and she recognizes the value that Nealy brings to Grand. Aura got me quickly and comfortably acquainted with my new car. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Grand! This is a relatively young dealership. I highly recommend it! More
