Purchased a Platinum Certified 2021 Sorento that had the 165 point checklist completed with the original warranty in place in February. I thought a nice feature so I replied twice and once I got the same message back and another time no answer. I have three issues. Drive side master window switch does not always work to roll down the other three windows. Must be a loose wire because when I reshut the door harder, the little light comes on and the window switch works. Second, passenger side windshield wiper is no good. Streaks. One would think with all the inspections one would not have these issues. Thirdly, what really irks me, only one key fob. Shame on me for not asking. I expected there would be one as the vehicle came off lease, snow birds had the vehicle and the vehicle is in real nice shape and taken car of. Who would have thunk!!! Austin said he called the prior leasee. I called him back a few days later. He called them twice. If I knew there was no fob I would have made it a condition of the deal. He was very attentive during the process. And I drove from Cape Coral to this dealership as I read a lot of good reviews. More

I just wanted to let you know there is actually a lot of value in the essentials package, because for only 1695 we're including the certification, all the recon work we did to it to make the car perfect which actually could be a lot more then 1695, then you also receive the first year of Maintenace, an interior exterior protection, headlight protection, anti theft vin etching, a nitro service which is a 300 tire credit, and a few other nice things. Austen What's more scary is your non tax fee aka electronic filing fee. I have never ever heard of such a high number. The actual cost to the dealer is $20 or under. You are charging $1074. It just can't be right. It's so wrong on so many many levels. The car has had an accident as well. Not looking good my friend . To be honest I expected this from Kia of PC. I do appreciate you giving me the numbers . I know u have no control. I will be Not paying any essential package or 1074 electronic filing fee. You would be an absolute xxxxxx to pay those fees. You are already getting a Porsche size dealer fee of $1198. Why fleece the client even more. I just don't get it Austen. I just don't get it. Covid is gone. Cars are plentiful. I really wish the state would enforce its laws especially in regards to charlatan dealerships like Kia of Pc. Tell your sales manager , Gm and owner you are breaking the laws of the state.
