Atrocious service. Attempted to lie and gaslight me about a problem that I knew existed that they caused. After having to hand-hold them and prove the problem to them after 3 different trips there (each time they claimed they fixed it but didn't actually do anything) they finally actually replaced the part that needed fixed and lo-and-behold it worked. And they still tried to over-charge me for it. More

I have always loved Basney. I miss the shuttle service as I have a very very stressful busy job, I got there right at 7 and the Uber never made it but it didn’t matter because t I miss the shuttle service as I have a very very stressful busy job, I got there right at 7 and the Uber never made it but it didn’t matter because they got me in and the oil change done by 7:45, enough time for me to make it to work by 8 am in a snowstorm!
