The customer service rep, after hearing my problem readily offered to attend to the problem immediately. Thirty minutes later the work was done and I was on my way. I interacted with both employees from the parts department, cashier, and service rep. All were knowledgeable, articulate, helpful and efficient. Professional and reliable service I took my car in to winterize it. I did not have an appointment but was quickly greeted and checked in. I waited for it in their clean, comfortable I took my car in to winterize it. I did not have an appointment but was quickly greeted and checked in. I waited for it in their clean, comfortable waiting area. I was told it needed new tires to prepare it for winter driving. The tires were in stock. Austin kept me informed as to when to expect my service to be completed. My service experience was professional and reliable. I will return for additional service as needed. More

Not true to words I was quoted a price and they had me pay more I was not informed of the full price or I would not have gotten the extra key.
