Matt also helped me with the lane changing warning, he set it so it is always on, it kept shutting off for whatever reason, but he straightened it out for me!! Matt & Austin are very pleasant to work with!! More

Not a happy camper Came into the Service department, to get a car wash and my car told me it needed maintenance, so I asked how to do it. Austin, the service tech told Came into the Service department, to get a car wash and my car told me it needed maintenance, so I asked how to do it. Austin, the service tech told me he could do it right then it would be about two hours. So my husband was coming in for a car wash, so I went home with him. Waited and waited no phone call came, So we went back to the service department to pick up my car and you were closed, and you were closed for the holiday the next day. So my husband had to take a half-day off from work on Friday to bring me in to get my car. So no I’m not happy that I had to borrow a car to go to work on the Fourth of July. More

Quick and easy in and out service I went to the Basney Honda Dealership for a recall issue. It was taken care of promptly as well as basic maintenance - an oil change and inspection. I went to the Basney Honda Dealership for a recall issue. It was taken care of promptly as well as basic maintenance - an oil change and inspection. We also received a complimentary car wash. During the visit, I received a call regarding the inspections and was advised of any areas to watch. Great job! More
