Dylan was my original salesman, but he was on vacation the week that the car came in. He kept me informed on everything while he was gone. I was so impressed by your dealership. Rich Konold was the right person to go to. He is very professional, but down to earth also. In particular the Lancer at St. Pius the X. Your service Department, I would rate 10, your little lady running the waiting room is fantastic. The people over at the Auto Body Dept. are truly troopers. After that hail storm awhile back they fixed all the dents , rematch the paint and me feel right at home. Loved it. I would definitely say that Rich Konold will be my salesman and my kids salesman to go to for a beautiful, Quallity automobiles .
