My first 'encounter' with Brandon was regarding a 'new to me' Toyota Prius with was still being 'processed' at the time I reached out to Royal Moore. As it was not out on the lot yet, he went out and made a me' Toyota Prius with was still being 'processed' at the time I reached out to Royal Moore. As it was not out on the lot yet, he went out and made a video to I would see more details on both the exterior and interior (and again when it was ready was actually on the lot). Brandon kept me informed regarding the status and availability until I was in town and could see the car myself. I truly appreciated his efforts. However, he had a conflicting appointment at the time I was able to come in to the showroom and so I was transferred to Austin. Thanks for your efforts, Brandon! More
