Very friendly service This was my first time here. I had an appointment in the afternoon with Austin and he was very nice and friendly. Expect better service from dealership. Repair was to replace ignition cylinder, as it had locked up. Repair took longer than expected.. the dealership had made a minor error when replacing Repair was to replace ignition cylinder, as it had locked up. Repair took longer than expected.. the dealership had made a minor error when replacing the cylinder, but corrected it and paid for extra day of my rental. After picking up the vehicle, two things were different. The "key in ignition" chime constantly chimes when the driver's door is open, even with no key in the ignition. Very annoying. Second, the head lights stay on after the vehicle is turned off. They used to turn off on their own. Now, I must make sure I manually turn them off. Minor inconveniences, yes. But you'd expect the vehicle to be the same after service at a dealership, not altered for the worse. Service advisor kept me advised, however, on the timeline. More

Overall a great experience! I came in for a service that I had been told on the phone was covered by my Extended warranty. Upon completion of the work I was told I didn't have I came in for a service that I had been told on the phone was covered by my Extended warranty. Upon completion of the work I was told I didn't have one. Overall I talked with the GM and three others. It was discovered that I had paid for the warranty but the paperwork had not been completed properly. They covered the service and I left with a check in hand for the difference between what I paid for the warranty and the repair cost. Many dealerships may not have been honest and pocketed the money. Thanks for what could have been a very different outcome. I will let others know about this most positive experience!!! 😄😄😄 More

Excellent Service I used to dread going to service centers because I always left spending more than I bargained for. I never dread going to Luther Bloomington Hyundai. I used to dread going to service centers because I always left spending more than I bargained for. I never dread going to Luther Bloomington Hyundai. It's always a pleasant experience. Everyone that I have dealt with is excellent and they have made each experience worth repeating. I go there for minor things such as oil changes and will go there for any major work if I ever need it. I trust them completely. Not to mention I get to walk around and look at all the other cars and figure out which one I want next. More
