JoAnn was fantastic providing our best car-buying experience ever! She explained features and their value in a way that was easy to understand, expedited the process with logical step-by-step instruc experience ever! She explained features and their value in a way that was easy to understand, expedited the process with logical step-by-step instruction, and set up essentials (e.g. pairing cell phones, demonstrating cockpit controls) in the car itself before we drove off the lot.
