Hi there! My name is Autumn and I'm new to the Kia team! I was born and raised in a tiny town in Minnesota and moved to Florida in the summer of 2016 to attend the University of West Florida to study Marine Biology! Once the pandemic hit, I found myself moving to Oklahoma for a change of scenery! My husband and I have made Tulsa our new home and we couldn't be happier! We have two crazy dogs named Lucy (4 y/o Pitbull/Lab) and Zuko (1 y/o Husky/Black Shepherd) and two cats, Charlie and Lily. In my free time, I enjoy playing video games, spending time with our pets, and adventuring to new places!

Autumn was an absolute pleasure to work with. She kept our family updated while we waited for our vehicle to arrive. The communication was consistent but not over the top. Her attention to detail during delivery was impressive and her detailed knowledge of the vehicle seemed to be far beyond what I expected for someone with her limted tenure in the car business. I would definately do business with her again, and would happily recommend her to friends and colleagues. The Subaru dealership was very clean and inviting. The finance process was quick and we ended up purchasing an extended warranty. We look forward to seeing the Kia dealership get remodeled before we go back for service. Overall experience was excellent. More

I started researching vehicles a few months ago and narrowed it down to a few dealerships. Autumn was a HUGE reason I chose Ferguson Kia. She has so much knowledge, a warm and welcoming personality and narrowed it down to a few dealerships. Autumn was a HUGE reason I chose Ferguson Kia. She has so much knowledge, a warm and welcoming personality and was very patient with me and all my questions and concerns. She even left me a sweet card in my console , such a great personal touch. Everyone at Ferguson was so helpful. I’m 50 years old and this was the first time I’ve ever been by myself to purchase a vehicle. John was really great. He was open, honest, nice, knowledgeable and really seemed to want to get us the right vehicle for what we were looking for. He was very helpful, and attentive as were other staff members on the floor. I was given an offer I was very pleased with for my trade in as well and they didn't try to lowball or hassle me about it. I'll definitely be back for a future trade in or the even buy a new car in the future. Hopefully John will be there for the future for whenever we come back. Keegan and Autumn were also a pleasure to talk to and discuss the trade in with as well. They were both very kind, easy-going and honest with me about alot of things. The only real complaint I had was at the ending part signing paperwork with the financial person. They were very pushing and obnoxious about trying to sell me coverage and insurance on my vehicle even after stating more than 5 times I DID NOT want it and WASN'T interested and felt like I was being belittled for not wanting to add an extra 100 dollars to my monthly payments and kept asking my "why" 5 or so times whenever I said I'm not interested. I said I'm not interested and don't need to explain myself any further and made my stay an extra hour whenever I just wanted to go home. They offered me an "employee" discount on this coverage as well and I had to keep telling them NO. I know his face but not his name as I don't care to for someone who's annoyed me so badly. If this happens again I will NOT be going back. More
