Came in to buy a specific car- Avery showed us the car, and we decided to purchase. We did the financing, took pictures of the car and husband was going to pick it up the next day due to me being unable t and we decided to purchase. We did the financing, took pictures of the car and husband was going to pick it up the next day due to me being unable to drive due to chemo sickness. The next day avery met my husband outside with the keys and said nothing else needed to be done. Two weeks later we receive a call from title daying our insurance had the wrong vin. Turns out we had received a different car then the car we thought we purchased. We immediately tried to sort this out and we were given a few different answers to how this happened and given the run around by different people. Still waiting for this to be sorted. More

My experience was seamless. Avery Gathercole was the sales associate who greeted my wife and I as we entered then studio. I was waiting for a transaction to go through with my other car before executing the purchase of the new car at Volkswagen. While my situation was unique and I had plan that i was determined to stick to, Avery offered many solutions to my concerns without making me feel pressure to make a decision on the spot. She was very patient with me as it took 2/3 more weeks for me to come back fully prepared to make the purchase. During those 2/3 weeks, Avery regularly followed up with me and again, was still very patient. I will be working with her again for our families automobile needs and will recommend her to others.
