He was was engaged and tuned into my needs of seeking a new Toyota Venza. I was very lucky to be able to test drive one and eventually lease it the same day! Don walked me through the process with ease and showed me all the ins and out with this vehicle. I also worked with Ayiad and Jon who assisted with finalizing my lease. They both were a pleasure to work with as well and we’re very patient and knowledgeable, which helped to put me at ease.
