Alfredo and the rest of the guys did an outstanding job. We transferred a vehicle from another dealer and they hit a snag on getting it processed. There were a few hiccups in the ordering process for the Ford Maverick that I orders. The final one was that the price protection that I was told I would get didn't attach to the order. Maurice worked hard to figure out what the problem was, and eventually got it all solved. I might say that the easiest part of the whole transaction was dealing with Aydin in the finance office. He knew his stuff, and once the file was put on his desk, we were out of there in a hurry. More
