When I came in several weeks later to test drive, another fellow helped me, and for the first time when buying a car I didn't have the guilt like I was "cheating" on the first salesman, because they don't sell on commission here. That's nice. Greg Begley walked me through every bit of the Subaru customer care setup, which really is impressive. I think we have a genuine corporation-with-a-conscience here, folks! Greg helped me order the exact car I wanted, exactly the way I wanted it, and clarified areas where I could get more for my money by making better choices. (I hope his employers appreciate that if this honesty costs them a few bucks in the short run, it's made up for in return clientele who trust them.) My sweet new Ascent is absolutely delicious to drive, and I feel confident knowing they will help me with any ruffles that arise, cuz that's their thing; the person who sells you the car is like your personal car guidance rep for life.
