We went in because the electrical system was just shutting down while driving. They made us pay $200 non-refundable just to look at it and said nothing was wrong. I am only talking about the service department. In this time of uncertainties and high cost, it is nice to find a place where there are honest people. Like going to your dentist you hate for him/he In this time of uncertainties and high cost, it is nice to find a place where there are honest people. Like going to your dentist you hate for him/her to exam your mouth because you fear that they will find sometime wrong and it will cost you an arm and a leg. It's is the same feeling that I get when I go to my service department for my SUV's maintenance check. However, as much as I hate to pay the high cost for the upkeep of my ride, I do feel that the service department of this dealership is truly honest and straightforward in the care of my SUV as well as being conscious about the customer's wallet / purse. The mechanics shows you via video what you vehicle needs to maintain its best and safe performance and the service department reps will do their best to prioritize what is important and what can wait in the helping you with your cost conscious needs. I do feel that the people in the service department at this dealership are truly honest and care about their customer's financial situation as well as what their vehicle truly needs to perform safely on the road. More
