Customer service has always been great here! Free beverage center is an awesome feature. I just hope your service department hours can extend to 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday. We went in because the electrical system was just shutting down while driving. They made us pay $200 non-refundable just to look at it and said nothing was wrong. Took it to a small shop mechanic a w shutting down while driving. They made us pay $200 non-refundable just to look at it and said nothing was wrong. Took it to a small shop mechanic a week later and they found a big hole in the cooling system and fixed it for $150. Never going to Nissan Countryside service center again. More
