Yes, Bill Kay Nissan drove me away with unethical service. But running away from Bill Kay Nissan brought me to you guys at Countryside Nissan. Love your work, hate the long long wait times and overbooking of incoming service clients. That can be fixed for sure at Countryside Nissan. You can do it! Happy to see DJ Gilroy, Operations Manager still there. Make sure you keep him. Everyone reading this, strongly consider dropping your car off, even if it's for a simple oil change. Wait times are long, you'll be glad you dropped it off. Payment now needs to be in cash or check, don't use a credit card or you will be charged a HEFTY fee. Debit cards are also OK in a pinch. Normally, I refuse to use a debit card except at my ATM (for security reasons) and I was not told about the new credit card usage fee -- until payment time. More
