Came in for synthetic oil change, arrived early. Waited about 1 1/2 hours for oil change to be completed. Was quoted a price of $79.99. When bill came for completed services paid about $90 with Waited about 1 1/2 hours for oil change to be completed. Was quoted a price of $79.99. When bill came for completed services paid about $90 with addt'l fees which I wasn't given an explanation at initial time of service. Also, your dealership no longer takes Nissan competitor coupons from other Nissan dealerships. Was disappointed. I have used your location for oil changes instead of location I purchase my vehicle (Kelly Nissan). More
