The service department always takes good care of me. BJ Diloy is great, and the Service Manager (forgot his name) immediately came out to greet me when I pulled my car up. The tech did a good job, and BJ Diloy is great, and the Service Manager (forgot his name) immediately came out to greet me when I pulled my car up. The tech did a good job, and they provide a video of the check of your vehicle and let me know what services would likely be needed next time, but didn't try to upsell me right now before they were needed.
