Tried to deal with local dealerships in my area but became very frustrated. I have been a loyal customer to at least one of the dealerships. Even purchased my f150 for trade from them. What they offered me in trade value was insulting. Went to Ricart and was welcomed better by their staff than the dealership I considered my go to dealer. They asked me what exactly I was looking for and that is what they showed. Never tried to push me towards a deal they wanted to give me but the one I wanted. Gave me $7000 more for my trade than the dealership it came from offered. I left there in my new f250 feeling good. Not feeling taken advantage of as in the past. Thanks Ricart for a great experience and will return again for my next purchase. More

We worked with Bailey and Sterling on financing, and it was the best car-buying experience we've ever had. In particular, Sterling went above and beyond to find the best offer for us. We knew what car we wanted and Bailey made the process quick and painless. We ultimately ended up with a payment that was slightly (like $10) more than we were hoping, but it was fine - we bought the car. A week later, Sterling called to let us know he had found a different lender that would put us below the payment threshold we had initially wanted. What amazing service! Working with Bailey and Sterling was a total pleasure. More
