The car was new and we are happy but the KIA website calculator is inaccurate for payments All in all we are satisfied Thanks Barbara P.S. Wayne in the finance department had a palpable and even pleasant demeanor as well. We appreciate his advice, even if it was a tactical upsell. We did add the basic maintenance package because he was thorough in his explanation while attempting to be contrite. More

We saw it online, chatted the dealership and then called, both cases were We are searching for a Telluride SX Prestige - yep $50k and well qualified. We saw it online, chatted the dealership and then called, both cases were told it was on the lot. We spoke with Chris who we stressed, to make sure it was on the lot. He said yep it is here and available. We got in the car and were there within 15 minutes. Upon arriving Barbara comes out and tells us they only had 2 and one was sold the day before and the other earlier in the morning. Perhaps they need some help with software to manage their inventory for their internet sales group. Very misleading and a waste of our time. They we get told we should pre-order from a dealer we want to do business with...uh great idea....won't be Horne Kia for sure. Chris wasted our time, we are buying one of the most expensive cars Kia sells, perhaps these folk, aren't used to this kind of clientele, but I suggest you get it in order. If you aren't in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley, if you are in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley. More
