He said yep it is here and available. We got in the car and were there within 15 minutes. Upon arriving Barbara comes out and tells us they only had 2 and one was sold the day before and the other earlier in the morning. Perhaps they need some help with software to manage their inventory for their internet sales group. Very misleading and a waste of our time. They we get told we should pre-order from a dealer we want to do business with...uh great idea....won't be Horne Kia for sure. Chris wasted our time, we are buying one of the most expensive cars Kia sells, perhaps these folk, aren't used to this kind of clientele, but I suggest you get it in order. If you aren't in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley, if you are in Gilbert, I'd go to one of the other dealers in the valley. More

I will be looking for another Kia for another grandson in 10 months and will seek out Roxana. The present car is out of state where our grandson goes to college so I can't comment on Horne Kia's service department.
