Jeff ("Gibson") assisted me when the truck arrived, arranging for it to be picked up and answering my questions. The day I picked up the truck he had all the paperwork ready, showed me the truck and again answered all questions so I could get on the road. Bennett made the financial dealings a piece of cake. Again all questions were answered. All in all, it was the easiest experience I've had buying a vehicle. Kudos to all 3 of them. And to anyone who I didn't personally meet that prepared the truck for me to take. A sincere thank you for the experience. More

Great place to buy a car and great team to rely on I was not planning on leaving with a car but I am so happy I did . What was supposed to be a simple trip turned into a memorable day and a great exper I was not planning on leaving with a car but I am so happy I did . What was supposed to be a simple trip turned into a memorable day and a great experience . My mother who purchased her car not to long ago, pointed out the used car section and told me just to look so I can get an idea . Upon checking things out, we noticed a VW beetle, it was red and a stick so I was a bit hesitant . Mr. Boka , came out to show us all the wonderful things about this car and helped me to fall in love with it . I did not feel like he was being pushy or fake, I trusted every word he said and he was very knowledgable in what he was talking about. He stood with throughout the process of considering, but not in an annoying manner but instead as someone who was there in case we had any questions . He let me take the car for a ride but I was unaware of how to drive stick so we went to the park and gave it a couple tries, he was extremely patient with me and walked me through the process . I was so much more reassured after the test drive that this was the car for me. This was when we knew the car was meant to be mine , Mr. Boka followed us through the whole process and made sure we were comfortable with any choices we made and I couldn't be happier to have had him help us ! Truly a great employee ! I also worked with Barret Pricor who was also amazing ! I told him what I wanted to put down and what I wanted as my monthly payments he didn't try to make it more or less he did so much more than what I asked for and I couldn't be more appreciative ! Also Mike who helped me understand all my paperwork was so helpful and kind . Usually purchasing a vehicle is an energy draining experience leaving you exhausted at the end of the day hoping you made the right decision with your purchase. Not so with Carl Burger Dodge/Chrysler, experience leaving you exhausted at the end of the day hoping you made the right decision with your purchase. Not so with Carl Burger Dodge/Chrysler, This was the fourth car we have purchased in 7 years of living in San Diego and even though Carl Burger is a 45 minute commute from our house, we know that the team here are trustworthy, reliable and committed to giving you the best deal around. We probably drove past 100 dealerships to get to Carl Burger but every-time we make a purchase here we leave completely satisfied. The staff were again so efficient, so friendly, minimized the process as much as possible and greatly reduced our wait time. Barrett was our initial contact and his knowledge of cars, and the deals he had on the yard was impressive. he presented us with several options that suited our budget and even went into bat to find cars outside of our budget that could also possibly work. His promptness to respond to email and phone calls and swiftness to return calls was on par with the highest levels of customer service found in the upper echelon of the corporate world! Gibson closed the deal for us, taking over from Barrett, and what a personable, warm friendly guy. After a short time with him we felt like we had known him as a friend for years, Gibson giving us fantastic information and advice on the best places to hike and vacation in California as a family! this made the paperwork side of the process fly. before we knew it, the paperwork was done and it was off to see Wes in finance. Wes, was presented with our 'deal' and even though we arrived with our finance already in place at 1.98%. Wes felt he may be able to beat what we honestly thought was unbeatable financing, and less than 10 minutes later he presented us with the good news that he could finance us for much lower! we drove out of the dealership with an extraordinary purchase, with an incredibly positive experience, with possibly the best finance deal in San Diego! More
