Bad credit turned to a new car from the min I walked into the showroom floor I was greeted and treated with complete respect. I knew going into this sale it could be very disappointing for myself as I just came out of a bankruptcy decision and my credit was subpar. Dan Snow my sales representative sat me down got to know me a little told him my story. He had no sign of disrespect toward my already embarrassing situation, he worked with me found my price point and created a list of a few cars I may be interested in based off what I was looking for. Worked with Barry in the finance office, worked my numbers and made many inquiries to different banks to find one that would work with me based on my very poor credit. I went home they continued to work, into the late afternoon I received a call from Dan that Barry had it worked out gave me the numbers and we went forward! Next morning sale complete and I only had to spend minimal time at the dealership! More

I knew the exact model and trim VW I was looking for and Kelly VW had the best price for the mileage within a 500 mile radius. The dealership itself looks brand new and the sales people were friendly and helpful. Kelly VW even honored a CarMax appraisal for my trade-in and a lower price that was listed online versus in-store. The pushback when I turned down the extended warranty was minimal. Lastly, the ability to pay my down payment with Apple Pay (or a credit card) helped speed up the payment process. Overall, a positive experience and if I’m ever in the market for another Volkswagen, I’ll be sure to check out Kelly VW for any great deals! More
