2018 eGolf Purchase I found this car online and Kendra called me within 15 minutes after my request about availability of this highly sought after car. We texted and all I found this car online and Kendra called me within 15 minutes after my request about availability of this highly sought after car. We texted and all my questions were answered including pricing. I went to see the car later that day and Josh brought the car into the garage bay out of a nasty rain storm so we could look at it. We quickly came to agreement on what I believe is a good price, and Barry went through the financing without trying to push a lot of “adders” and we wrapped things up. Great team to work with! More

Dealer discount? I've been a Kelly customer since 2012 and have purchased 3 cars. My first two purchases went very well . I can't say the same about my third. Accordin I've been a Kelly customer since 2012 and have purchased 3 cars. My first two purchases went very well . I can't say the same about my third. According to their website, they were offering dealer discounts of $2,600 plus $1,000 refund on 2018 Tiguans. This made sense to me because I believed they were trying to move out the 2018 inventory. The monthly payment quote presented to me was much higher than I expected. I assumed the dealer discount was factored in. Apparently it was not. The option of leasing the vehicle came up, and as expected, the monthly payments were much lower. I really did not want to get into a lease again. Reluctantly, I opted for the lease. Not satisfied with this, I did my own calculations based on the dealer discount and the finance terms, and saw that my monthly payments should have been much lower than what was initially presented to me for the purchase. I then went to the business manager on the next business day and asked if the lease could be turned into a purchase instead. He said he could do that since the paper work hadn't gone through yet. We talked about the terms and monthly cost, and again the dealer discount was not factored in. I asked why not and he said something about that program was no longer available. I disagree. My point is, if the advertised dealer discount was applied in the first place, I would not be writing this post. This will certainly influence my decision on where to purchase my next car. More
