This is the second car I bought at Kelly Volkswagen and both times I had excellent service. Madison was very helpful in setting me up an appointment for my visit and was quick to answer any questions I had both times I had excellent service. He knew alot about the car I was purchasing, and was very patient with me in explaining the cars features. Barry was also very understanding and patient with me. Was very patient as I looked at different options, and not pushy. I changed my mind at the last minute and he was able to accommodate my request with no delay in delivery.
