My 2025 Honda passport started giving error messages and my land keeping assist feature stopped working. My service advisor, Barry Leake was super professional, friendly and assured me that the problem woul my land keeping assist feature stopped working. My service advisor, Barry Leake was super professional, friendly and assured me that the problem would be resolved asap. Barry was able to have the issue diagnosed, part ordered and then repaired in less than a day. He was great and made me feel confident that Lou Sobh can handle my service needs in the future. More

They forgot to put the air cap on the tire After I got home I saw that they didn't put the tire air cap on and now I have to either go back or go buy one out of pocket. It was lazy service and has been unsatisfactory service the last several times I have gone however I bought the service plan so am obligated to go until it is fulfilled. More

Barry, in the service department, was very friendly and didn’t waste my time or try to pressure me into additional work. He told me what my service code was for and what was recommended. I made my decision didn’t waste my time or try to pressure me into additional work. He told me what my service code was for and what was recommended. I made my decision and he gave me the estimated time that it would take. There was no back and forth or running back in later with a whole list of other recommendations. He respected my time and decision. The work was completed sooner than promised and I was on my way. Although I asked not to wash my truck this time, I do appreciate the option of the free car wash after the service is completed. More
