Had appointment for a few recalls that I had to come back

I just bought my car a few months ago so this is my first

Two hours for an oil change and tire rotation even on a Saturday was a bit long for an "Express" service. Now, a thumping noise from the tires means I have to go back. I called about the thumping and have not gotten a call back now for 24 hours. The plastic piece that started coming loose from above my mirror that covers the important front sensing equipment (right after I bought my car) was "fixed" with double sided Scotch tape anyone can buy from a store. If it had worked I guess that's one thing but it fell off after I got home. I can't believe these things are happening with a Honda. This was not a great first impression to say the least.
