This is night & day to my previous Honda dealership. It shows that the Lou Sobh staff hold the customer experience in high regard; down to the extra power strips placed at the mobile stations in the wai It shows that the Lou Sobh staff hold the customer experience in high regard; down to the extra power strips placed at the mobile stations in the waiting area. I've had 3 different Service Associates assist me so far for my maintenance/service needs & I have not been disappointed. Also, I live closer to the MoGA dealership but plan to continue to drive a little further each time to continue receiving the Lou Sobh experience. Their radio ads are very accurate!!! More
