Honda and Hyundai responded

Thanks for your response. The issue you have at the service department is deeper than you think. Not only the technician and the adviser both failed: the technician to inform the advisor that the service authorized was not done, the advisor with the technician confirming that all the services requested were performed before charging my credit card, but this is the 2nd negative experience I have had in Lou Sobh service as a whole. I also have a Hyundai and the last time I went, the advisor wanted to perform a service that was done in that same department weeks earlier. That time, I was able to see it beforehand and the advisor apologized when she saw that in fact was unnecessary. My wife was unhappy but I did not disclose this to management there, I wanted to believe it was an honest mistake (and frankly, I did not want someone to get in trouble for this). In this case I couldn't since I was charged and a refund was due. So the impression I have now is that the advisors are trained to charge your credit card first, check later (if at all because remember that no one cared at the service department until I called the next day) and based on my experiences there it's hard to believe is just bad luck on my end. It's worth mentioning that I have two other Honda service locations closer to me but I chose to go to your location. Perhaps this produces a change internally and you don't lose more customers.
