I would expect terrific service and a great sales force when buying a more expensive car. I went to the dealership on Friday to test drive some cars. I had a light bulb out on my current car. I asked the service technician, Eric, if it was possible for him to get me in while I was test driving some cars. Fifteen minutes later my car had been serviced while I was still test driving some cars. Wes Whetstone sold us a car two years ago and he helped us buy our newest Benz. Took delivery today. Wes is exceptionally knowledegable about all of the cars and had all of the info on all of the used vehicles we looked. He could not have been more gracious or helpful in putting us in our M class Benz.. He helped us get our insurance switched over and handled a call from our bank to get us though the financing without any problems for us. We had stopped other time in the last month to look at some cars. Wes was not in but we were taken very good care of by Barry London. If we hadn't worked with Wes before we would have been very pleased to work with Barry. We have had a terrific experience buying our last two cars from Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown.
