I can be a very difficult person, and I had NEVER had a favorable car buying experience. That changed on 04/19/2013 (or at least the part about the car buying experience). I had been emailing Barry Londo favorable car buying experience. That changed on 04/19/2013 (or at least the part about the car buying experience). I had been emailing Barry London or a few weeks about a vehicle I liked; email was my perferred contact method. Barry was prompt on reply and informative. We finally decided to drive down to take a look in person, even though I was deading the experience. From arrival to departure Barry was great; knowledgable, personable and everything else I had never experienced while buying a vehicle. Negotiation was painless and fair. My trade was valued fairly and not nit-picked for every blemish and bump. We were mostly in shock being treated in such a friendly and fair manner. We agreed to the deal and then met Rob for the paperwork and payment. Thought things would go down hill from here, but it did not. The pleasant experience continued. Rob had even readjusted our deal so we paid a little less; wow. Barry gave us an overview of some of the features and changes from my previous model (things I would normally have to figure out myself, or look in the manual); spending all the time we needed until we were satisified. Great experience from start to finish. I even gave Barry a little hug when I left and I apologized for being difficult in my emails. Will I be going back - YES. Would I recommend - I will, and I have already. And be sure to ask for Barry! More

My husband took my car in for service for a thermostat replacement .While there he took a look at the new C class vehicles & was approached by Mr. London to answer any questions he may have. We are currently leasing a Mercedes that will expire in 6 months . Mr London was great to work with & took care of everything with ease. They didnt have the exact car I wanted but they had it there within 24 hrs. My first car came from another Mercedes dealership in another state. We will definitely be returning to Hagerstown Mercedes because they provided excellent service & made this purchase so easy !
