I would like to make the first review right. I was a little premature on my first review as I had an issue with the vehicle I recently purchased. The stereo did not work and I did not give the dealer a little premature on my first review as I had an issue with the vehicle I recently purchased. The stereo did not work and I did not give the dealer ample time to reply. The issue has been resolved and I could not be happier. Barry London went the extra mile to assure that I was satisfied. The entire buying experience at the dealership was above and beyond. They can be assured that in the future I will again do business with them and already gave reccomendations to friends and family. I feel that there are so many other business that could benefit from the customer service provided by Mercedes of Hagerstown, it's what it is all about the customer. The overall experience was excellent the day I purchased my used Ford Mustang GT. I was so excited to come home and give an excellent review to Barry London and the staff. Which, indeed it was truly the first time I bought a car and it didn't wear me out with the waiting, pacing, haggling. However, it was short lived when I got home and went to put a cd in and the cd player and satellite radio did not work. Called back to Barry, who said he would check into it but because it was no longer under warranty doubted they could do anything. Shame on me for not checking but shame on Mercedes for not checking. Called Ford I will have to dish out about $800.00 to replace. Barry said he would call back. He must have forgotten my number. Guess it doesn't matter since I didn't buy a MB. I would recommend MB of Hagerstown to buy a new vehicle or a used Mercedes, but would recommend that you go over the vehicle with a fine tooth comb before you drive off the lot with it, because they won't. More

We purchased a used C300 less than a year ago that was unfortunately totaled in an accident. After some discussion regarding available models, we settled on the same model year as the previous vehicle. From the moment we began working with Barry and Rob to when we walked away, the level of professionalism, service and attnetion to detail was impeccable. I highly recommend this organization for your vehicle needs. More
