I was not looking to change my vehicle as the lease did not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get not expire until April 2013. I was contacted by Barry London who explained there were some good opportunities with the end of year Sales event to get into a new vehicle with a two year lease and then acquire a 2014 S Class at the end of 2014. Visited the dealership discussed the possibilities they were back to me within 24 hours having located a vehicle they thought I might be interested in. The vehicle was delivered to the dealership looked it over, liked it, completed the paperwork there with no hassle and very smootly executed. Barry London had to be excused to honor a commitment he had made to another Customer but Mike Lavrenchick stepped in and very professionally completed all of the transfer and explanation of the minor differences to my current model. I left the dealership very satified with the new vehicle having been there less than 1 1/2 hours. A very good experience handled very professionally by very good people. On Friday (the day after Thanksgiving) I flew to Maryland to purchase a Mercedes from Mercedes of Hagerstown. It was truly the best buying experience of a vehicle in my life. My salesperson was Barry London, I worked with Barry for several weeks, talking back and forth on the phone even taking my calls at home to answer any question I had. Barry worked with me on getting the best possible deal, I found Barry to be very honest and straight forward. From the time Walt (an employee) picked me up from the airport, to the time I drove my new vehicle from the dealership I knew I had made the best decision and found a dealership that truly values its customer.
