No pressure, which has made auto shopping a real pain in the past. You know, vultures descending on a piece of meat. Instead, I was offered a Coke, my questions were answered intelligently, the options were explained, and even though I was looking a bit scruffy that day, they let me take the car home so my wife could take a look at it. I already had a very low interest rate approved at my credit union but Rob was able to beat it, thereby saving me a bit of change. He's also a wiz at getting the paperwork part of the transaction done quickly. We had been looking at Cadillac CTS models at six different dealerships in four states over the last week or so, and within 6 hours of first seeing the C300 and meeting Barry, I was set on purchasing at Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown. 9 AM the next morning, we picked up a freshly detailed, beautiful C300. And after Barry made sure we understood which knobs did what, and how to use the hands free phone, and mounted the tags, we were off. These guys were a real pleasure to work with and I will be sure to pass my recommendation on to family, friends and co-workers. Somehow, I don't think my first Mercedes will be my last Mercedes and I know where I will be buying it. More

Barry knew that we were considering multiple SUVs and suggested that we drive them all including the ML350 to ensure we made the right decisio with! My wife and I drove 4 luxury SUVs and ended up ordering a 2013 ML 350 from Barry. Throughout the sales process, we never felt like we were being pressured. Barry was extremely knowledgable of the vehicle and demonstrated all of the features during both of our test drives. I shopped the pricing that Rob and Barry gave us at 2 other Mercedes dealers and they could not touch it. Rob and Barry negotiated a great price with us even though we were ordering a 2013 that was not even released. While waiting on our vehicle to arrive, Barry periodically gave us updates as to the status and immediately called us when our vehicle arrived. They detailed our vehicle and delivered it to us the same day it arrived. The delivery process and paperwork was quick and efficient. I would recommend Mercedes Benz of Hagerstown to anyone considering purchasing a luxury vehicle, even if it is not a Mercedes, you might just change your mind and purchase a Mercedes due to the service you receive at Mercedes of Hagerstown.
